I've done weight watchers and it works really well. Really teaches you about portion control. You can have anything you want as long as you eat in moderation, so you don't have to deny yourself the things you love

I've done WW and it really works. The only thing I found hard was staying within my points.
Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig both cost a lot of money. I tried Jenny Craig and it was $100 a week…to expensive for me.
